Can you take over a system another partner implemented?
Yes. We start with a short health check of your setup, customisations and open issues, then take over support with a clear handover plan.
Do you only do big implementations?
No. Many clients come to us for a single report, an integration, a few days of fixes or a monthly support plan. We size the work to the need.
Can you work alongside our in-house IT team?
Yes. We often act as the Dynamics 365 specialists next to an internal IT team, or provide a dedicated consultant who works inside your team.
Will customisations stop us from taking Microsoft updates?
Not with us. We build extensions the way Microsoft recommends and test them before each update, so you stay current.
Do you work remotely?
Mostly, which keeps costs down. We come on-site for key workshops, training and go-live when it adds value.
