Meaningful progress is measured in better ways of working.
For ERP projects, achievement means creating practical improvements that teams can see, use and sustain—not a number without context.

How we measure project progress
At the start of an engagement, useful measures should be agreed with the client and tied to their goals—for example, information availability, workflow consistency, reporting needs or user readiness. The relevant measures depend on the organization and project scope.
We do not publish unverified client counts, performance figures or project claims. Any public case study or quantified result should be based on evidence and shared with the client’s approval.
